Please review information below regarding building floor plan, schedules, show line-up and costumes and refer to Member Fees and Purchases page for payment. Morning dress rehearsal is MANDATORY. In exceptional circumstances where family, work or health situation needs to be accommodated, please feel free to contact Auntie Kahanoa to coordinate and plan accordingly for the show

MORNING DRESS REHEARSAL / CLASS AT OUTDOOR STAGE / AMPHITHEATER -
(Center opens 8:30AM to access restroom)
WE MAY HAVE LIMITED ACCESS TO STAGE AND FACILITY SO PLEASE BE FLEXIBLE.
WE ARE STILL AWAITING CONTACT WITH THE CITY'S SETUP CREW.
8:30am – ADULTS ARRIVE TO GET DRESSED / BAND ARRIVES
9:00am – 11:00am – CITY & HALAU ADULTS Walk-thru, Staging and Practice
(hair in bun, black pareo on and black knee length leggings, red tribal pareo and all accessories on, make-up not necessary)
9:30am – KIDS EARLY 'ARRIVAL TO GET DRESSED IF HELP IS NEEDED OR ARRIVE DRESSED AT 10:00 am
10:00am – 11:00am - ALL ADULTS AND KIDS Walk-thru, Staging and Practice
(hair done, black leggings, white long sleeve shirt and all accessories on)
11:00am – 12:30pm - ALL ADULTS AND KIDS - Fresh adornment-making by students/parents if not done on Saturday, 11/28 at halau
PRE-SHOW PREP – (Arrive early to get good parking - typical crowd is 3000 people throughout the day)
3:00 pm - ADULTS ARRIVE / BAND ARRIVES FOR SET-UP AT OUTDOOR STAGE / BAND SET-UP TO BE CONFIRMED
GO OUTSIDE AT END OF HALLWAY/ BACK DOOR TO THE RIGHT. NO CHANGING IN INDOOR RESTROOMS
NO DINING ROOM ACCESS UNTIL 3:45PM (There are no mirrors in dining room)

3:30 pm - ALL KIDS ARRIVE IN HALLWAY OUTSIDE DINING ROOM - PLEASE LINE UP AGAINST WALL (costume check AND hair check by ALL ADULTS
***ALL ADULT DANCERS READY TO HELP KIDS with hip hei (fishnet with Christmas ornament balls) and shell accessories .
3:45 pm - OFFICIAL DINING ROOM ACCESS (SHARED BY ALL PERFORMERS)
24 KIDS ARRIVE AT DINING ROOM FOR HELP WITH COSTUME ADJUSTMENTS, ACCESSORIES AND ADORNMENTS
(arrive with hair done - top half up, white long sleeve shirt (available at WalMart) and black knee length shorts on), GET DRESSED and checked by Auntie and her City Kids' helpers, 'Iolani and Kale'a, and Halau Kids' helpers, Polani and Lani.)
4:15 pm: LINE-UP AT BACK DOOR ENTRANCE FOR BAND & DANCERS - MELE KALIKIMAKA LINE-UP
COSTUME CHECK, TRADITIONAL BLESSING BY AUNTIE KAHANOA and PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS
4:20 pm - 4:40 pm - BAND & DANCERS' PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS BY ALOHABUG PHOTOGRAPHY

Tributes to the last people of Kalaupapa , Moloka'i and our hula lineage under Uncle Joe Kahaulelio (30 year anniversary of passing) - Auntie Mena Aranio who passed away on Christmas Day in 2004 and our current Kumu Hula Leihi'ilani Kirkpatrick who has strengthened us.

1. Level 2 - Red Pareo with Tribal Print $35 - ordered from Auntie, please pay online. $7 feathers for City tahitian girls.
2. Level 2 - Re-use fresh adornment possibly with cranberries (Auntie Pakela / Alaula?)
3. Level 1 - Hanalei Moon - Blue dress sewn by Auntie/Lola 'Olina - Price being determined > $50.
4. Level 1 - Hanalei Moon - Fresh adornment for Hanalei Moon made by dancer - with added baby's breath (Auntie Pakela / Alaula)?
KIDS:
1. White long sleeve shirt (purchased by parents) round neck preferred.
2. Small Christmas ornament balls (purchased by parents) so kids can hang on fishnet provided by Auntie)
3. Dark Blue Pareo (half size for pre-schoolers $6, full $12) - ordered from Auntie
4. Yellow Pikake Shells for (2) Lei and (4) Kupe'e (total of 6 = $12) - ordered from Auntie assembled by kids/parents
5. Fresh adornments provided by Auntie, bring bobby pins
